In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pkr388's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall pkr388's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player to their pkr388 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
